ADSG Mijas Costa declares that it is complying with the data protection legislation in force, specifically with the Spanish Personal Data Protection Law (Organic Las 15/1999 of 13 December 1999, Ley de Protección de Datos de Carácter Persona) Royal Decree 994/1999 on Security Measures (Medidas de Seguridad) and all other applicable legislation, and, in order to comply with the said commitment, ADSG Mijas Costa has drafted the following Data Protection Policy to enable users to freely and voluntarily decide what data they wish to provide through our website.
ADSG Mijas Costa reserves the right to modify this Policy in order to adapt it to developments in the legislation, case law or business practices. The new wording will be published on this website.

The collection and automated processing of the personal data are carried out for the following purpose: to maintain the contractual relationship concluded between you and us by completing the forms; to send, by traditional and electronic methods, information about our services and any other service related to ADSG Mijas Costa.

Any persons who have supplied their data to ADSG Mijas Costa may contact the latter, in its capacity as File Controller, in order to exercise their rights of access, rectification, cancellation and objection in relation to their data, taking into account that, since the exercise of the said rights is of a strictly personal nature, the data subject must provide proof of identity. For this reason, should you wish to exercise any of the above rights, you must write to ADSG Mijas Costa to the address as indicated.
All the contents of the website, and in particular trade names, business names, industrial designs, designs, texts, photographs, graphics, logos, icons, software and any other signs that may be used in industry and business, are protected by the industrial property and intellectual rights of ADSG Mijas Costa Association their use and/or reproduction are therefore prohibited without the express consent of the company.
ADSG Mijas Costa will not be responsible for infringements of intellectual property or industrial rights of third parties originating from the inclusion in the website of trademarks, business names, industrial designs, patents, designs, texts, photographs, graphics, logos, icons or software corresponding to third parties who, when including them in the website, have declared they are the title owners of the same.
